on touch, it is empty, despite having two cameras on my mako.

Finally a workaround was posted on Launchpad. I've been battling this
bug for 11 months:

There's more... After another very long delay to install packages, it
asks you for "PAM profiles to enable".
Q: Why would this ever need to change on an upgrade?
If it really is absolutely necessary to ask the user about this, then factor
out the data-collection part so it can be run before

I just hunted the internet scouring for a solution to this issue. The
issue is no small one as this to me is a serious, unprofessional flaw
with Ubuntu MATE 15.10 Wily. This brings my opinion of the ISO as
mediocre and clearly not production ready. I'd hoped for a release which
wouldn't waste

2. Choose "Account Settings", then "User Manager"
3. Select my own account.
4. Click the icon to choose a photograph and select "Load from file..."
5. Navigate to a JPEG file and select it. Click "Open". My photograph appears
in place of the icon.
