I have the same issue on Xubuntu 18.04 and Debian Stretch. It occurs on
a fresh install while watching a video in Firefox. Restarting Pulseaudio
does fix the issue for me as well.

What I mean is that Debian's packaging of PulseAudio 12.0-1 includes a
dependency on libsoxr-dev. So it would be nice to have libsoxr in main
in order to sync with Debian better. See also bug 1574746.

Same problem here. I choose to put under /dev/sda1, because I am trying
to create a manual LUKS installation, and I will have a Windows 10
installation in the same hard drive. I will encrypt Windows with
veracrypt so, in the boot time, if I press esc, I will be redirected to

Installed Kernel v4.18 rc2. Bug was not fixed, therefore adding tag
"kernel-bug-exists-upstream". I also added the apport information, so I
will mark the bug as "Confirmed".
