In Bionic version 0.8.0~20170825.94fa1e38-1ubuntu0.1 the cnake files are
not installed to anywhere.
In Cosmic version 0.8.1-1ubuntu0.1 they are installed in the libssh-
gcrypt-dev package, which initially strikes me as a bit odd.

"namecheap" value for the setting, but then when the package is
configured and /etc/ddclient.conf is created, it still says "dyndns2"
for the protocol, i.e., the setting isn't being propagated properly into

It can be enabled as backend for n-m at run time, but n-m needs to be
built with support for it.
iwd is in universe in Cosmic.
It would be good to get this switched on for DD so that we can test and
