updating. I reinstalled 20.04.3 and it was still freezing. I've
installed a fedora 34 and the same thing happens. If I install 20.04.1

The bug is solved in Evince 40.2, and it looks like Ubuntu 21.10 has

Just based on environment it seems that the wifi is crashing and results
in other Intel to crash as well. Dell 7390 XPS 13 (dev) has been fine
