With nvidia-graphics-drivers 510 version HDMI output is not working. Changing
the screen setup causes a crash.
With 470 version HDMI output works well only with extend screen setup, not if
single screen.

I had already found the reason for this behavior!
The only change in the "drivers/base/power/" Subdirectory is inside main.c line
192.
There is a "while loop" that loops over a list (dpm_list).
The (principal) task of this loop is to call "device_prepare" on every
list-element.
Every element
Confirmed, this seems to be broken again on Ubuntu Core 20 devices using
the latest pc-kernel Snap on the 20/stable channel (5.4.0-104.118.1).

After the regular updates (on 20.04 and 21.10) audio had crackling noise on the
USB audio interface, while it was normal on the internal audio.
Tried with different sound cards (presonus audiobox, behringer xenyx q802) and
three different machines.
