I did some tests, to see what the cluster behavior is when changing node name
and/or id. It all boils down to the fact that whatever is being changed, one
has to be aware that the change is being done to a live real cluster, even

tonight I installed the full ubuntu-desktop package (with a "clean" test
user) and experienced crashes/hangs and other weird behaviour with the
stock setup. When I disabled Wayland in GDM3, it got a little better,

However, "apt purge cloud-init" leaves this file intact.
