But in my opinion, this can be not bug to debian.
Ubuntu use language-selector and it link fontconfig files - not in debian - to
set default font.
The problem is these settings are duplicate to fontconfig files
language-selector use.

Same story here.
Even worse when I try to open the menu using the keyboard (F10),
sometimes the keyboard and mouse gets almost functionless. You can no longer
enter Text, nor click with the mouse.
Only the ALT-PRINT-K helps.

they are so big on my eeepc that they disappear off screen. no way to
know what those icons are or to reach the ones that are offscreen. this
issue crops up in a numbers of places where there are non-resizable
windows of icons where many are unreachable. disappointing release.

@Sebastian: I guess the reason people are still commenting even getting
discouraged all the time is that people are missing the functionality
that has been removed without an adequate replacement. Count me into
that group of people. It does not help that my previous solution stopped
working, too: s
Adding patch that fixes the issue. Patch taken from kernel bug #35922 as
well as archlinux and redhat who already fixed the issue in their
kernels. I added many more affected cameras in the present patch. I hope
we see it applied to oneiric kernels soon, otherwise the wikis that
