At first I was a bit weary of this, as I felt that people might think
that /usr/bin/pip is a python-pip version of pip - but then I checked
and actually we had a pip2 binary to indicate python2 in bionic. So yes,

Looked at the debdiff - looks sane. One thing I pointed out and
discussed with Matthew already is the versioning used in the grub-efi-
amd64-signed.postinst addition. The grub2-signed binaries are getting
binary versions that are glued together as +, so normally we'd like to check for that instead
Note to self: after discussions with Steve, Matthew and Phil, it seems
the GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR=Debian line is only present in the xenial images,
so we shouldn't need any fixes for bionic and newer.

see your upload is reverting the change from 460.56-0ubuntu2 - the patch
include-Xlib.patch is removed but the fix doesn't seem to be part of the
new upstream version. It feels to me as if this would re-introduce LP:

Considering that basically I consider Python as part of the 'toolchain
package set' and this new upstream release carries some security fixes,
should we maybe get this built against -security only and perform a

Ok, performed a review of the NEW packages of fabric-manager-{450,460}.
I'll accept them as is as none of those issues are blocking, but please
fix those before proceeding with the SRUs. The packaging is in overall a

let's see if they pass now.
