I can confirm that I am having the same problem, which means that the
toggleAllWirelessStates function does not work as it should.

I just made the changes you suggested. I did *not* change the name of
the file (it is still 10NetworkManager). I rebooted and so far so good.
However, as the problem is sporadic, I'll post an update in a couple

The problem started when Unredirect Fullscreen Windows became the
