BIOS: N1FET32W (1.06 )
Steps:
1. Boot system and enter BIOS.
I hit this problem in Trusty with kernel "Ubuntu
4.4.0-36.55~14.04.1-generic 4.4.16" and is seems to be fixed with
"Ubuntu 4.4.0-38.57~14.04.1-generic 4.4.19" from trusty-proposed.

And i think that is not a duplication
I know this is not a bug in PHP, because same PHP versions on different
Ubuntu versions produce different results with the code in bug report.
We found this issue because our CI server was on Ubuntu 12.04 instead of
Ubuntu 14.04 and it produced different results. Rest of the stack was
same,
I don't know what's the package causing this

After installing xul-ext-ublock-origin with apt-get I opened firefox and
it displays a warning that the extension could not be verified with a
link to: https://support.mozilla.org/es-AR/kb/add-on-signing-in-

There is a way to disable this check
I worked around it by installing the latest version of python-selenium
with pip, and the latest version of JSPhantom from upstream tarball
uncompressed in the virtualenv.

Thanks Luis,
I have upgraded a server from ubuntu-server 15.10 to 16.04.
I have the same problem and fix it with commenting the line with the variable
"myisam-recover = BACKUP". I don't have the first variable.
Best regard
