This is because xserver 1.11 does not have utouch support yet and

This bug is certainly not fixed with the libutouch-geis1, version

Evince does segfault with this update exactly the same way as with the version

Title:
gnome-session update breaks
Public bug reported:
The latest stable nvidia-current from Oneiric repos (280.13-0ubuntu1) hangs up
my system.
This happens every time I start synaptic.
Then, if I try to close it, it won't close until the system asks to force quit
it.
Then, however, the whole system hangs (speeding up CPU).
If
Hi Paul, could you provide more information like you version of unity,

Brett, what is the expected outcome? If the focus stays under the mouse, should
alt-tab move the mouse?
Or should it focus the other window until the next mouse event?

I have also the same experience with 280.11 driver as dino99 has.
In addition to that I also found out thet the latest stable 280.13 driver is
just as trroublesome as 280.11,
synaptic and gnome-terminal processes will hang and the system will not reboot
nor halt.

Public bug reported:
Oneiric has moved from gdm to lightdm.
I have also installed lightdm and uninstalled gdm.
However, package gnome-session-canberra still installs system-ready files into
the folder /usr/share/gdm/autostart/
Needless to say, the system-ready sound does not work anymore.
**
** Summary changed:
- [Oneiric] gnome-session canberra install gdm files
+ [Oneiric] gnome-session-canberra installs gdm files
