Version 1.5.0-3~hyper1~karmic1 from banshee-unstable fixes this problem. The default smart playlist contains the right rule and works correctly. If I provide the correct rule in banshee 1.4.3-6 it also works, but the default smart playlist only contains added1 week ago which doesn't do anything.
