This issue was referring to `konqueror`, not the complete set of `kde-
baseapps` (changed title to be more clear), so that you'd have to know
about `kget` in order to use `konqueror` out-of-the-box. It's a
workaround, but not a solution, imo.

If the email compose window has been opened in the `thunderbird` main
window and then the main window is closed so that the compose window
stays open there's no way to open the main window again without closing
the compose window.

I figured that I can reproduce this issue by invoking ``python3 `which
mysql-workbench` `` (where `which mysql-workbench` refers to a shell
