me modifier is Ctrl and Alt is is window action key not [super]. You can

Could not reproduce this. Can you try with live iso from bionic? It may
be some graphics/mesa update causing this issue.

It depends on the hardware/graphics. But as I said, I can't reproduce it
on bionic (bionic has different unity/lightdm version). Can you
reproduce it in a live iso?
