STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install Kubuntu 7.04 and NFS export a couple of directories
2. connect a MacOSX (Tiger) computer on the same network
and mount said directories
This works perfectly

It works if I change 192.168.1.* in /etc/exports to 192.168.1.0/26
Don't know if the * syntax should be supported, feel free to close the bug if

Good for you, it still doesn't explain why Adept is suggesting I should remove
the latest
I got tired of waiting for a fix here so I just let Adept go ahead and remove it
and then reinstalled it with a quick "sudo apt-get install emacs22" and that
seems to have fixed it. Adept isn't suggesting it should be removed anymore.

I tried Suspend again, when booting up it got stuck with a xscreenlock dialog
that after providing the password said "the system is locked by another process
(kdesktop_lock pid=XXX)" or something like that. Can't remember how I got
around that one the last time. Ctrl+Alt+F4 did not help, there was

causes a lot of first-letter frames to become empty. Then we reflow one
of those and it can't handle that. (See bug 578977.)
