It's obviously an upstream issue.
I'm not using Ubuntu now (I've switched to Archlinux) and later versions
of liferea indicate a broken feed with a red No Entry icon so there is
some visible indication that something is wrong with the feed.
You might as well close this bug.

Having just updated from Gutsy alpha to beta, the GNOME bottom panel
does not show after login. It can be restored by disabling, then re-
enabling, Visual Effects from System|Preferences|Appearance|Visual
Effects.
I put this in here because I've heard that Compiz is enabled out-of-the-

me (feisty).
These packages are drop-in replacements for the Ubuntu ones and I would

red crosses are shown instead).
I can confirm this bug for two separately installed, and then updated,

I had gnome-main-menu working in Feisty with gnome-2.18.0 but
gnome-2.18.1 introduced breakage.
When you attempt to add gnome-main-menu to the panel a dialog box
appears offering two options i.e:
Main Menu has quit unexpectedly
1) Don't reload
2) Reload
Clicking Reload
This problem persists into Feisty although its location appears to have
moved to package wodim.

functional. You can establish a link manually (nm-applet won't do it)
but neither driver will associate with an access point.

I tested the daily livecd of 2007-04-08 and the problem doesn't exist
because the first Human style entry is replaced by Tango.
Checking my system I found that openoffice.org-style-tango was not
installed. I installed this package but I still cannot get Tango to
replace the first Human entry even

Kernel 2.6.20-12 may fix things for rt2500 PCI-based adapters but I can
confirm that adapters using rt2500usb and rt73usb are still non-

rt2570 was one of the serialmonkey legacy drivers which, as your error
message states, isn't designed to work with SMP kernels.
rt2500 is from the bleeding-edge serialmonkey CVS drivers which are more
compatible with SMP. They are, at best, alpha quality and often broken
in their operation.
