I think this may be the indicator pages fault. We load all items
asynchronously, so they all go in a queue. This is required because of a quirk
in the menumodel, needing us to traverse to the first submenu of the menumodel.
I'm looking at a solution which could get us a bit more loading speed.
Supplied a partial fix.

(seems to abort after awhile sometimes).

Happens because the ViewManager class in qtorganiser5-qt assumes
QCoreApplication::instance is still valid on destruction, and uses a local
QEventLoop to perform a wait.
I believe QCoreApplication::instance is NULL because the AlarmManager class in

I believe this happens when you open the home lens where there is only
one addition category other than shopping (eg application shopping).
