Can you please try playing it? Does it crash as well? Does it perhaps

after looking a bit closer into the code, it seems that an internal
table got somehow corrupted. How that can happen is totally unclear to
me. In order to investigate the issue deeper, I'd really need an example
file demonstrating the crash.
The problem might be that gstreamer-ffmpeg is expecting
