Hi, I just reinstalled Ubuntu and found that it worked before I copied my home folder back. After I did, it stopped working again. So it must have had something to do with changes in the xorg.conf file that were not compatible with the new version. I got rid of all the settings concerning the

In my case the bug is located in nvidia-glx-177. I use a Sony 46 inch TV to watch movies in dual view. After log-in into Ubuntu the right resolution is shown on the TV screen for just a second. Then, the background image becomes smaller but I can still move the move across the whole screen. But
