-in lucid the folder /usr/share/kubuntu-default-
settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/
has not dolphinrc even creating that file in the folder i didn't get
filterbar or diskusage (ShowSpaceInfo=true)
in natty there is the file and editing it with
kdesudo kate
tested on maverick
tested on natty
on 9.04 it was working
