The tip did not work for me, as I never used autologin and still have
the same symptoms. I tried to enable autologin, and then Xorg failed to
come up (startx from the vt1 worked fine). After autologin was disabled,
gdm comes up, I can log in, but problem is still there.

After upgrade from Maverick to Natty I got this issue. Some regions in
the middle of bottom part of screen is unreachable by mouse events
(click and scroll).

I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 x64 version ( kernel 2.6.28-15-generic ), and i noticed
that my RAM is 50% used (that is too much for my PC with 4 GB of RAM), I
checked and i saw that Rhythmbox uses more than 1.4 GB of RAM... So I wanna
report this bug and i hope you will fix

i just installed ubuntu 8.10 and i think i have the same problem.
hardware drives option give me 2 options, 96 and 173 but none of them
worked... i've read something on the forums and tried to reinstall on
root: sudo apt-get nvidia-settings; nvidia-config.. and so on, but
nothing helped. i
i forgot to tell i have also integrated intel card if that can help to
settle things... ty again

S3 suspend works.
S3 resume hangs with no working keyboard, no screen, no disk and blinking power
led (indicating s3 suspend is active).
On kernel 2.6.18-rc2 built with no modules S3
I am experiencing same machine behaviour. So, what can we do? I am
willing to test, but I need some skilled governor :) to manage my steps.
This problem is very very important to me.
How can I help? Maybe, post dsdt, post fixed dsdt, ...?

Suspend does not work on FSC Amilo Pro V2030
I have solved this problem. Now I have working fan control which is working
