[Bug 1968581] Re: Invalid transition after update to 1.18.6-1
Lenovo-shipped EM7455, 1199:9079 Adding the symlink didn't solve the problem. I found that the qmicli was not installed ! After installing libqmi-utils package I could solve the problem. Does the upgrade to ubuntu 22.04 uninstalled me the libqmi-utils package? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1968581 Title: Invalid transition after update to 1.18.6-1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/modemmanager/+bug/1968581/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1533675] Re: ssh X11 forwarding has screen issue with Java applications
Hi Robie, thanks for you answer, I've asked to the sysadmin to make a test and let me know if X server works fine and he told me that he hasn't verified any kind of issue, so I think that is something wrong with my Ubuntu installation. I've made also a test with a virtual installation(Oracle VirtualBox) of Ubuntu 15.04 and I have the same issue. If this bug/issue will be assigned to an X server developer I'd like to collect any other info about this strange behavior. Greetings! I had to bisect the Mainline kernels after all. The highest kernel version that is not showing the issue is: Ubuntu-4.1.0-3.3 (Mainstream 4.1.3). sorry if my post wasn't detailed, but essentially: - the hw is an HP ML110 G7 with USB keyboard - the iso is the daily current Ubuntu server 64 bit - when you get to the language page, the keyboard stops reacting and all you can do is power off the machine. - ALL usb ports were tried, being those USB2 or USB3 I think that this is the same issue as described above, and I would like to add that Ubuntu server 12.04 LTS was previously installed without a problem, using the very same keyboard. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1244176 Title: Server 13.10 Install Fails with USB Keyboard (Appears to Hang) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/initramfs-tools/+bug/1244176/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Public bug reported: After a dist-upgrade from gutsy to hardy (amd64 architecture and distribution), the new default kernel (2.6.24-7-generic) doesn't boot anymore... kernel output is normal until those messages: ata1: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 Scontrol 300) ata1.00: qc timeout (cmd 0xec) ata1.00: failed to IDENTIFY (I/O error, err_mask=0x4) ata1: failed to recover some devices, retrying in 5 secs (repeated also for ata2) The old kernel (2.6.22-14-generic from gutsy) still boot regularly. The SATA controller is (from lspci) 00:0f.0 SATA controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8251 AHCI/SATA 4-Port Controller I'll attach a more verbose lspci output in a followup to this report. [Bug 184003] BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation) error when run amule or filezilla with xserver-xorg-core version 2:1.3.0.0.dfsg-12ubuntu8.1
