No, I have never changed problem reporting from the default Automatic in
the initial installation.
If I remember correctly, this all started when for some reason when I
had a failed problem report upload notification on the screen and I
acknowledged it.
The very next reboot showed me the Failed

I'm guessing you're talking about the apcupsd package? I don't know why
you commented about gnucash, that was logged as a separate bug.

Importance: Undecided
Public bug reported:
Even though the NVIDIA sensor list shows the 2nd GPU as GPU1CoreTemp and
is enabled, the applet only shows the temp as zero degrees. The temp for
GPU0 is reported correctly. The temps for both NVIDIA GPU cards is
reported correctly in the GPU Internal field in Thermal
None of the sensors bugs seemed to have anything related to this bug,
probably because few people run multiple GPU cards in their Linux
installations. The bug is only that the temperature for the second card
is reported incorrectly.

I have replied to one of your previous automatic messages but never
received a reply. I am a new user to Linux and have tried to read and

Bug status update. I've been using the Ubuntu 10.04 LTS system now for
about a day and half and have been crunching s...@home in the background
the whole time. Been surfing, installing software, browsing and

playback and the system crashed on me again to the black screen with the

Could you explain what you mean by testing an upstream kernel? Does
that mean to use a kernel with a later date than the stock kernel
