scanned images, it scrolled right for the new images, but it did not
present a scroll bar. I had to shrink the vertical height of the window
until it was so small as to be illegible, and THEN the scroll bar

I have an HP 8740w that has the same problem on Xenial LTS (16.04.3)
with the HWE (4.10) kernel, although I have also tested it on the 4.4
generic kernel with the same results.
The sound configuration shows only analog audio possibilities (5, IIRC),
whereas on my older HP (stolen) and my broken AS
It may just be a warning, but my software updater no longer functions at
all.
The updater indicator remains a red dot with the white line through it, and the

I went ahead and downloaded the source for xfwm4 4.12.3 on my work
desktop and it built and ran fine, except for some minor issues I have:
1, I can't tell if the window focus problem was fixed because that
machine never had the problem.
2. In 4.12.3, when I use ctl-alt-shift-# to move a window fr
As nice as that must be for folks on 15.04, I like to stick with LTS
releases, so I won't be upgrading at least until 16.04 LTS comes out.
Are there any options for us LTS fans, other than downloading and
building the source ourselves?
