I just installed pantheon and elementary from Ubuntu 16.04, then tried kde a
while and now turn to gnome 3. (Everything because Canonical lets Unity die)
As I went these way I got that bug. Its the same. When I try to open
gnome-control-center nothing happens. When I open from terminal it says:
I just tested it, just by installing the 4.8.0 Kernel in Ubuntu 16.04,
without any workaround and Nvidia drivers enabled. Nothing changed so
far.

Scrolwheel did also not work with Kernel 3.6 for me. Its the same situation:
Other (including multimedia keys of the mouse are useable)

I currently have connected two different mouse' and keyboards. One is a
Logitech combo, connected with one usb dongle (Mouse: Logitech MX620, Keyboard:
Pro2800 Cordelless Desktop)
Second one is a cable connected usb

On my pc telepathy-idle runs up to near 100 % cpu usage permanently. I
have a proxy server configured from time to time. That proxy block every
port for IMs i have in use. If Empathy is runnig and tryes to connect
via that proxy, conneciton fails and telepahty runs up.

Rhytmbox does not show 99 percent of my collection anymore. (see screenshot)
From one day to antother. I dont know whats happend and could not find useful
information in other reports. Whats the reason and how to solve?

I did that and it works. But wont it be better, if SC identifys an
unique pc to prevent such duplicases? But for now: Thanks for your help,
