I have properly configured /etc/network/interfaces, and everything was working
with Edgy. But since I installed Feisty sometimes I start my PC and I have no
Internet connnection, or my second ethernet card has no static IP, or both.

Driver 'dmfe' does not support carrier detection. ^IYou must switch to
