I think the intel driver is out of this bug and should be marked as invalid. The solution relies in the fglrx driver. I have tried the 13.2beta3 driver and it solves the problem. If we don't want to go for this version, a Suse user on the corresponding attached bug, reported that also 13.1 is ok.
