Wirless stops working
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.8 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both
the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.

@Joseph - I can't at this time, as this is a public facing machine.
However, I did find a temporary solution (*knock on wood*) as the system
has been running fine for 22+hours.
I fixed by:

Wirless stops working after variable amount of time
To manage notifications
I didn't want this fully public because it contains my var/syslog output
along with tons of information about my system, which is a public facing
box currently.
