I Installed now Xubuntu-desktop on L15.04 with bugs #1424362/#1429531 and this resulted in a XFCE-session in which Lubuntu Software Center, Synaptic as well as adding a user works OK. Switching back to LXDE, the bugs reappear. Unfortunately LXQt can no longer be installed for trial on Lubuntu

In XFCE desktop (on L 15.04 as well as in regular Xubuntu 15.04) the PolicyKit Authentication Agent is ticked on by default whereas this never in any Lubuntu versions (going back to 14.04). Ticking this off in XFCE (Session and Startup - Application Autostart) results in the same faults i.e.
