@Jean-Baptiste Lallement: You can't upgrade the kernel from a live cd. I'm closing this report because it is not a bug. I disagree -- this is indeed a bug. If it's not possible to upgrade the kernel, that's fine. But in that case, the kernel version should be locked for live CD / live USB
