Dropping the importance. The option to display all active sessions and
connections doesn't work but open-iscsi is working in intrepid (iscsi
block devices can be created, mounted and files created on the
initiator). Not release critical.

My observation is, that iscsi is working as long as I have only one
session to one target. But as soon as I have multiple sessions, iscsid
will overwrite my first session, bringing down all iscsi sessions. This
is due to the same reasons iscsiadm is not able to list all my sessions.

I'm having the same problem using the Kubuntu Intrepid RC1 Installation
CD. The (k)ubuntu installer fails to launch (even when vesa safe
graphics mode is selected), and I am presented with a black screen (with
a blinking cursor).
Switching to a terminal and executing startx yields:

This issue has also caused me to switch to KDE. I was surprised an
issue such as this existed on an LTS release and I'm even more surprised
that it STILL exists. I was hoping this would be fixed for Intrepid,
but unfortunately it's not. Who do we have to pay to get this done?

This seems to have been handled otherwise, to the benefit of our CD
image sizes. Having them in the archive is a valid request, but that's
now a jaunty matter which doesn't require a freeze exception, so
unsubscribing ubuntu-release.

right now this is actually on purpose. I was told that it isn't possible
to load both ssd (and b44) and wl at the same time. So if you load wl
first, and then b44, do both the wifi and the ethernet card actually
work? If so, we should modify the handler accordingly; please file a new
bug
Every thing worked out ok. I'm now on 8.10 on three of my four machines
so upgrade issues from 7.10 are not any problems anymore :-) Thanks.

Someone at Ubuntu thought that intel driver was better and i810 was
obsolete, so they dropped i180 hehehe...
Problem is that intel driver has a lot of troubles with i810, being
unmaintained or not it's the only driver that works well with the vast
majority of i810 configurations.

For me, bug corrected.
I've used nvidia-settings to create my xorg.conf file, and it is now
working. I think that when you have 2 vga devices, you only need to give
BusID for the primary one. The BusID of the second one is guessed.
So, i you are encountering problems, Use nvidia-settings to

I have the same version of TB and Ubuntu and had segfaults similarly
upon downloading IMAP headers with the option Make the messages in my
Inbox available when I am working offline checked. This was caused by
being out of disk space, and I could reproduce this error.
