Why do you sort control characters? These have nothing to do with

So sorting

To achieve that order, this is enough:
copy "iso14651_t1"
reorder-after %
Your locale also resorted all the ASCII letters to make upper case
letters come first.
I.e.
A
a
instead of
a
A
Lower case first is what comes from
copy "iso14651_t1"
When using CLDR for sorting, one can use an option

Your original locale

Your locale also sorted many control characters and ASCII punctuation

I think there is no reason to deviate from the default for these
characters, therefore I removed them.
If you have a good reason why some of these need to be sorted

Not all aarch64 platforms can support demidecode well.
How about revert the patch? or create a black list?

Hi,
thanks for the report - I was seeing it in IRC already and was curious.
This existing commit is in v5.8.0 and I'm currently working on v6.0
already (will still be some work).
I'll flag this bug in the changelog so you get an update once this gets
completed in Focal.

Yes, recent update was my fault. I did update packer (manually) and
then did a system update. Which lead me to the conclusion it could be
related to the qemu package - which it is not.
This appeared because packer 1.51 defaults to call qemu with GTK
display.
This can be closed.
