Yes I suspect that if its a PWM issue it's probably a driver or kernel
thing. That said I have tried other kernels such as 5.4 generic lts, 5.8
generic, 5.6-oem, 5.10-oem. I have also I tried other distributions. I
think fedora 33 had the 5.10/5.11 kernel. I know this is a vague problem
lol sorry.

In summary if a disk partition used for zfs is at the end of the disk
then libblkid identifies the _whole_ disk as a zfs member which causes
udev information returned for other partitions to be incorrect.

Hirsute does not provide separate libc6-lse packages thus Groovy ->
Hirsute upgrade is OK and Focal -> Hirusute (and later) upgrade will be
OK as well when those get enabled.

The patch/commit is as '9c9be85f6b59' in hirsute since Ubuntu-5.11.0-11.12.

The patch applies cleanly to focal master-next.
