Should the result you uploaded also produce a corrupt file or is this
only about the mp3-bitrate? If yes, on karmic the converted flac looks
correct and converting back produces a bit identic wav. If not Gautier
still needs a sample wav that produces wrong output;)

I think both themes should run
gtk-update-icon-cache --quiet /usr/share/icons/theme-name/
directly to create the cache.
As Sergey pointed out, update-icon-caches will only update already
existing caches (which is yet another bug imho).

Translation (with a little support from google translate ;-)):
I installed all the codecs to play DVDs and DivX.
Also DMA enabled.
However when playing a DVD the picture is slow and lags behind the sound.

The fix is only in vanilla kernel and ubuntu jaunty right now. Using the
noapic or nolapic boot parameter (s.a.) should work at least for

Well as a regular user you can't really do something about your hardware
or drivers (except if you buy a new sound card because of this
warning...). Secondly, as this bug is specifically about the warning
although sound works, it can't be THAT broken ;)

What exactly is this automatic way? I don't get caches after
reinstalling the *-icon-theme packages.There are still no caches
installed by default and the postinst-scripts still run update-icon-
caches which does not create new caches as Sergey pointed out. Maybe its
a bug in dh_icons?

Most of the time when I undock my ThinkPad x230, both my X and the gdm
Wayland sessions seem to crash.
This especially happens when I suspend my ThinkPad while it's docked and
then resume it when it is undocked.
This can cause users to lose data they have not saved yet.

How is it incorrect? memcached_response never writes the last byte of the
buffer, so whatever it writes will be guaranteed to be null terminated.
