I have downloaded both September 23rd and 25th images of Ubuntu Mobile

able to boot my Samsung Q1 (note it is not an Ultra version). As

The blinking cursor appears with a SanDisk Cruzer Micro (4GB) USB key.
I have just tried with a Kingston Datatraveler (2GB) and, instead of the
blinking cursor, I got a No bootable partition in table message.
Any additional steps to prepare the bootable USB

doesn't seem to support it. THe Q1b is a VIA-based device but maybe the BIOS
is simlar in that it doesnt allow booting from flash. I might be able to try

instalei o flashplugin beta 10.
Realmente ficou melhor, aparentemente o firefox ficou mais estável.
Agora esta utilizando em média 40% de cpu.

Use o avidemux, ao abrir um video, configure o botao VIdeo para o
formato de destino desejado e entao clique em filters e adicione um
filtro chamado subtitller, com ele voce vai especificar a
fonte/cor/altura da fonte. É muito fácil, só tome cuidado porque ele
tem a mania de sugerir fonte no lugar

Estou com um pequeno problema aqui.
Finalmente comprei um laptop, um CCE Win W52, totalmente excelente
para mim. Instalei, depois de apanhar valendo do vídeo, o Hardy. O LCD
está agora a 800x600 e não sei como mudar para 1024x768, ou 1280x800
que é a maior resolução
Resolveu meu problema.
