[Ubuntu-phone] Backup before sending phone to warranty

Hi dear list, As the subject says I need to backup my device before sending him to bq. I do not know how to perform a backup, neither the recovery as the option to do it, neither the system settings. I've waiting for such function to land in Touch, but now my bq can't wait anymore, he has to go.
