Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the option to upload
custom-convert.conf file and couldn't get it to work properly. I used

How must I do? I know very little linux info. :(
Usb keyboard plugged into the picore when I tried. The keyboard worked
when I first plugged it but it didn't work after 5 minutes. I couldn't

Just as information that many of you probably already know.
Investigating bad network connectivity I discovered that Pi 3b+ does not
use the "standard" led convention at the LAN socket.

Sucess, almost. I had to try several different cables before i found one
that connects to the pi. I think that it may have a substandard rj45
