@Greg Erskine, @KeBul and @Paul thank you very much :)
There is a lot of information that I will use this week-end. I saw two
things to do:
- playing with the quotes as you have proposed Greg Erskine and KeBul
- giving access to /mnt/mmcblk0p2/tce/onboot.lst to Paul? Paul, is there

Hi Community,
I worked on a Projekt last month, building my own network streamer. It
was very important to me to shut the Rasp down softly so I bought the
ATXRaspi, a separate power control and management card. This card allows
me to execute a shutdown script after pressing power button. I
Maintained by user solves the quote issues, as the file is used without
modification, but Ill take another look at that method you used.
No quotes around country code is per spec..and country code is
required for certain frequencies permitted in Europe to work.

This is a really odd one: A friend of mine is using a Wandboard Quad as
his server and player, feeding his receiver via the Wandboard's built-in
optical S/PDIF output.
It plays DTS material just fine, which would seem to suggest that the
output is, as expected, bit-perfect.
But...standard PCM
hi Zabizabo,
I haven't followed your problem too closely but... here's the very
simple process I use. YMMV.
1. Create new pCP image.
2. Create wpa_supplicant.conf on boot partition.
3. Only add 2 lines to wpa_supplicant.conf
ssid="wirelessSSID"
psk="wirelessPASSWORD"
Note: I use a macro in

Yes I understand. Thanks for the time you spent with my wifi problem.
It's completely frustrating because among different audio distributions,

I'm using right now Raspbian and everything is working fine with the

I'm sure the error is because your wifi firmware is not loading. And I
have no idea why.
If you have a keyboard and monitor hooked up, you can start over and try
the second method shown here.

Hi Paul,
when i select streamer on the tweak page, there is no input device
listed. This is also the case, when squeezelite output is to analog
output.

This was not part of the instructions. When you use "Maintained by
User, you should never try to save anything on the wifi page. (You
should not be able to either, I need to check that)

Thanks, I've re-coded it that way, seems to work fine.

You need to use the Makefile.linux-pulse file.
Pre build steps and requirements are at the top.
Cleanup the i386 alsa build first if building in the same source tree.
make -f Makefile.linux
Okay, but if this truly is a time setting issue, when the time gets
updated (after LMS started) does it not connect to mysb and then
populate the menus?
It should, but it could take several minutes/hours, depending on how
feverishly it tries to re-connect.

You can still use a script. Just put the script in your home directory.
Then you can run it in the user commands section on the tweaks page.
I would recommend that you start squeezelite by using the init.d
script.
/usr/local/etc/init.d/squeezelite start
You can also use the same script to
I'm using PiCorePlayer with a USB DAC. It works very well indeed.
The only issue I have is what happens if the USB DAC is not powered on
when PCP starts up. In this case squeezelite fails to start because the
specified output device is not available. So it needs some manual
intervention to

@Paul Webster Thanks a lot for that. I'll stick with the Zero for now
then and see how it goes. PiCoreplayer works remarkably welll with it
considering the specs. :)

Hi Paul,
with your update of Hifiberry DAC/ADCpro the squeezelite output works
great. If i select streamer on the tweak page, there is no input device
visible and output no longer possible. The dmesg shows following:
Code:
r chip BCM4345/6
