Unfortunately, there is no list. Manufacturers are well known for using
many different chips in their products, and no way to identify them
until you stick them in the system.

Hi Pete,
I managed to sort it out. DEBUG gave me details that the player was
being refused connection to LMS. I tried switching off the NAS firewall
which made no difference. I dont have a username/password set in LMS. As
a last resort I restarted the Synology NAS and it resolved the issue.

Is there a list of recommended USB BT adapters? I'm having lots of
troubles with the built-in RPi one.
I checked the PCP docs but there isn't a list. A forum search turned up
a Maxesla v4.0 adapter on Amazon but it's no longer available.
Knowing the supported chipsets would help too. I know Real
Hi
Is there any way that the Diagnostics page 'dmesg' section could be
converted to human readable time? I find trying to diagnose various
things very difficult when I've no idea when they happened.
I tried the CLI and thought I'd found an option to do it but it doesn't
work.

Ah, one advantage my car server has is I've negated the clock, so it
boots quickly without the time being present. And since I'm not
streaming it doesn't have to find a network either. I've considered
networking it to the car for streaming, but then I thought why bother

I made an attempt to deal with file system errors, but never got it fool
proof. But I did get a option added that was kinda hidden. It will
slow the boot process down, since it forces checking the PCP_ROOT file
system on every boot.

I have LMS on a pi3b+ in a remote area with frequent power failures
(tall trees + high winds), maybe 12 per year.
I have a 2TB HDD attached for my library. At first, I chose to move
cache and prefs to the HDD when I was building the pcp (I followed the
instructions). I experienced
In general, pCP was never intended to be a development platform. I was
tinkering with rust while trying to get firefox to run on pCP. The
binaries on our repo are not complete(I need to remove them) Remove it
completely, then if you want, install from the tinycore repo.

Your question really makes me wonder what is different in your set up
from mine. Although my home server is hooked up to a UPS, the one in my
car is not and I shut that off many times a day without powering down
and have yet to corrupt it. Of course I am careful not to do it while
scanning, but o

If this is an old question, please forgive me. I searched the forum and
couldn't find the answer.

Why would you want to run rustc on pCP? You can run it on any "full
blown" OS, or even cross-compile for the Pi - it might be worlds faster,
too. It's what I'm doing for the Spotty helper application. I even use a
