It worked!!! amazing!!! it was this plugin that fixed it. No more

Went back to Volumio, and I can hear it has some hissing as well, but
is very minimal. on picoreplayer is more noticeable.

Click on the red color "more>" link on the right side of the "Device
supports DSD/DoP" setting will show you some more explanation about this
setting.
if your dac only supports DoP, which most HAT type dacs do, I think you
should try "0:dop".
