Gotta question. Just trying resampling.
Do you need a flac stream to figure out the actual samplerate for E,
or is it also working with PCM/wav streams? I'd assume that X will
always work, whatever stream format is coming down.
What is flags ?

Probably 4G - the initial installation is not a large size, but if you
download and install lms then it will make use of a reasonable amount of
disk space.

Should work for flac and pcm (and any other codec)

I do the DSP on the Cubitruck, which cost me an extra 5-6% CPU load.
(Currently 0,3% is used by squeezelite and 0,3% by LMS)
I'm running squeezelite into ecasound
With Ron's help I have run the test with your requested changes. Now
when the sound dies and the system crashes this is the log:
# less /var/log/squeezelite.log

Running VB v2.3 with Squeezelite only. I agree the log is much shorter
than the ones I posted earlier with random device numbers and 330

I'm using an 8GB card, and the usage is 2.7G with LMS and Jivelite

I am still able to install in the 2gb eMMC internal storage of the BBB
but thats just using Squeezelite, nothing else
