Have they made screwing the end plates to the case any better/easier?

My Pi-Box Pro 4 case arrived today - bit of a delay due to a
manufacturing issue apparently.
Unfortunately I have since used my Pi4 in another project but another is
on order for delivery tomorrow.
I will post images once built in next day or two.

A goodish bit more than the Pi3 case.
Anyone want to be a Guinea pig?
Available to pre order.
Their (Lincoln Binns) case for Pi3 sells for around 22GBP so I assume
that this one will be about the same.
However, looks like they have not verified it for heat yet.

I thought it looked a bit plain, so I added a pot knob, it's just
screwed on from the back of the front plate into a piece of 6mm fluted
dowel.
The clear LED is positioned in front of the Pi's red power LED which is

with the cutout for the SD card is acrylic and is at least twice the

It's basically an aluminium sleeve with 2 end plates, so no
Post an internal photo of it without the cover if you get a chance.
That's one thing that I dislike about most of these single board
computers - that they don't have all of their connectors on the
backplane.

OK, thanks, it should be here
It looks nice, but just to ensure that everybody reading this realizes
the obvious - the case is made of aluminium, so it shields from
radiowaves, i.e. you can't use wi-fi or bluetooth. Since the USB port is
there, you can plug in some external wi-fi or bluetooth device, if
needed.

Tip. Once you have assembled the sub frame try it in the case both ways

No HAT space. USB only (or HDMI if you are that way inclined). There is
access to SD card (a case variant exists where it is not accessible).
Torx screws as stated.
The case comes with a sub frame and all the fitting components along
with the conversion board that realigns the hdmi and power
Looks like the screws are Torx. I doubt that those of us that use a HAT
audio card on our Pi's will be able to use this case.

Can you fit a HAT in there?
Is there a slot for the SD card, or do you remove the face plate?
What sort of screws are those?

Perhaps like many I find the cases available for a Pi to be a bit ugly,
very plastic and I particularly dislike the ports being all on different
sides.
I have just built a new Pi based player which is going to use a USB DAC
