Ok, after battling for a day with this, I found an old thread where you
mention guacamole.war should be in /var/lib/tomcat/webapps.
I moved it there from /etc/guacamole and it works now.
No idea why it was there as I was using that script.
Also, the Connexions did indeed not appear when nested
After upgrading with the Ryyujin script on Debian 12, tomcat9 doesn't
accept any logins.
If I'm correct the relevant error is there :
