Hey,
Is the plan for a binary protocol for 1.6 up-to-date?
Can you guide me somewhere with some more information?
Kind regards

Thomas,
as mentioned
?
Do you plan to give users a possibility to access a standalone server
other than REST?
How do you advise us to use neo4j standalone in a fast way from any
language where there is no binding?
Kind regards.

Great to hear!
So when you say binary protocol, you mean a binary interface besides
the RESTful API? Yummy. Great!

Hi!
Keep in mind. Websocket is not only for the browser!
Java: http://code.google.com/p/weberknecht/
Python: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/websocket-client/0.4
.net: https://github.com/sta/websocket-sharp
and JavaScript / Node: socket.io for instance

Of course.
I am completly with you. Just wanted to say that websocket is not only
usable from browsers. But i also think that first there has to be a
binary protocol and then build a websocket protocol on top of it.

Area there any experience, any benchmarks?
We would also like to do have (fulltext) search in the graph data
built in. Is Neo4J the right store for that?

Hi
Thanks for the fast answer, i am just trying it out at the moment.
But your answer brings me to another question. You wrote legacy
projects. I know Neo4J is no RDF/Triple/Quad Store but what are the
plans for the RDF libs to use Neo4J as such?
Kind regards.

Is it planned to work on that component so it could be used to access

do you advise to use?

Hi,
Who can fix this? As i can see one of the neo4j-rdf dependencys pulls
that dependency in.
Or can i bypass and fix it locally until it is fixed?
Thanks
