If I understand correctly you're talking building custom or targeted software based on the generic stuff in OFBiz? That sounds great, and consistent with how OFBiz is normally used (ie customized for a particular organization or used as a basis for software targeted at a particular industry).

similar in that knowing ofbiz is a plus. different in that a different approach to certain things: 1)like labels are not field names but more directed to the end users way of doing things. 2)Navigation is more end user friendly and intuitive. 3)projects will be ofbiz centric but for different
