Could you give me a link?

Thanks,

www.englishetutor.com <http://www.englishetutor.com> is using tunnel RTMPS.
So, this one does not have any problem.

www.languageeschool.com <http://www.languageeschool.com> is using native
RTMPS. So, Firefox has some problems. I am also using the latest Firefox
Quantum 57.0

I feel maybe my FF settings have some problems.

You need to set correct properties in Admin->Config

In case of native RTMPS your HTTPS and RTMPS port should be
1) different
2) accessible

According to dev console
As I wrote before
Detailed config with all data, host port modes, urls
is available at the time of first connect
There is the message "appInit()" followed by the object with all settings

Hi, Maxim,

I don't know how to find the options you ask.
I do see this error in Dev Console.
POST https://www.englishschoolteacher.com:8443/open/1
net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I am pretty sure this is https issue due to some settings. The camera tries
to connect via http instead of https.
Do you know how to solve this issue?

Thanks,

Tom

 expect immediate answer :))

Camera/Microphone will be started automatically as soon as you will
 set it up once
So open the settings, choose correct devises, press Save

According to port availability you need to check detailed results:
push small "Copy" button on the right, Paste result to some text file
 and
 check what is wrong

Re: https port

2017-11-09 Thread Tom Luo
Hi, Maxim,

I also thought I just need to set the Camera/Microphone once and it will
automatically start. This is the case in OM3.3.
However, in OM4.0, this does not work. I can see the video in the settings,
but I cannot see the video after that.
Please see the attached image. I really don't know why. It is so strange.
The port issue is solved.
So, I know the port does not cause this problem.
Do you know why?

Thanks,

Hello Tom,

I'm answering emails as soon as I got free time, you shouldn't expect
immediate answer :))

Camera/Microphone will be started automatically as soon as you will set it
up once
So open the settings, choose correct devises, press Save

According to port availability you need to check detailed results: push
small "Copy" button on the right, Paste result to some text file and check
what is wrong

Re: https port

2017-11-08 Thread Tom Luo
Ok. I fixed the problem. Now I can connect using https. I will explain to
you how I fixed the problem later.
However, after I enter a public room, it seems my camera is not working.
I remember in OM3.3. The camera automatically starts. Is there a button I
need to press in OM4.0 to start my camera?

Thanks,

Tom
