Just a quick news... Now I see the host in hosts list, but it's in alert
state.
In log I see:

Hi guys,
a lot of troubles these days...
We've ACS 4.13 installed from source with one zone with a vcenter server
and advanced networking.
Now we need to add another zone to manage some KVM hosts but with basic
networking, we installed libvirt on a Centos7, configured cloudbr0 for
management and

Hello Mike
It is likely that the agent cannot communicate with libvirt. Please check
the agent log. Also check to see if the libvirt service is active.

Yes, the message is self-explanatory:

Hi again,
When I enable the zone my system vms just continue to cycle through a
deployment and expunge. Only thing I can find in the logs to hint at an issue
is the line below regarding capacity. I don't understand how I can have
insufficient resources...these are 2 Gen 10 blades with (2) 24
Hi Mike,
Indeed, global setting needs to be set to true.
Have you enabled your zone? Afaik the portgroups won't show up until you do.

Alex,
Rather than me sending out emails to a mailing list, is there a KB or online
bucket of past emails that I can look through for issues similar to mine?
Thanks!

I think I found the caveat to this issue.
I believe the issue was the global setting vmware.use.dvswitch being set to
false. After I set this to true and restarted ACS and the wizard it completed
onto the next step. One concern I have though is that NONE of the port groups
are showing up in
Hi Mike,
Is that with NFS?
Can you mount the datastore from all your hosts? (I believe you already stated
that, but just to be sure).
Got a screenshot of the primary storage part of the wizard?

Sorry, not UI, this is a backend issue.

Hello all.
I'm knew using CloudStack, the project in my company it is to use it for

No problem Corey,
I don't think that is documented anywhere. Cloudstack marks the
DCs that are under its supervision so when you re-add them it thinks they are
already managed. To remove the mark:
* Go to vCenter
* Right click on the DC -> Tags and custom attributes ->
Hi ,
What is your use case for using non-rfc1918 addresses inside a VPC? Given that
the VPC will NAT those IPs to one from the Zone's public range I can't really
see why'd you want to use public IPs there.

Alex

Hello Mike,
For VMware it should be the name of the standard switch. Usually it is
vSwitch0
You can also use the name of the vDS switch but I never tried that
config so I don't know if further config is necessary.
Best regards,
Jordan

Hi
No, you can not configure it. It is hardcoded:

Hi
I am using CloudStack 4.14.
I want to use a non-rfc1918 compliant IP address (25.xx.xx.xx) for the
SuperCIDR of my VPC.
I tried to create a VPC with a SuserCIDR of 25.xx.xx.xx, but it failed with the error
"Guest Cidr 25.xx.xx.xx/24 is not RFC1918 compliant".
Is it possible to allow
