收不到的可能性很多，你要自己分析一下。
配置地址是不是有问题，是不是按照sina提供的端口去填的。如果参数填错了，log里有报错。
或者是系统里根本就没有报警事件。
目前看这个功能是work的，没有问题。

I checked the firewall, the port 8080 of vrouter is allowed access.

I followed the standard method of creating a IPsec VPN using the built-in
windows client. I have done this uncountable times in the past and usually it
depends on the VPN router as to whether internet traffic can be split off of
VPN traffic. Also depends on the companies policies.
