As others have stated, "T2=T2+..." will fail, because it references its
own result.
For this example, you might put this in T2:
=IF(OR(F2=0,L2<3),0,F2+L2)
Translation:
1. If F2=0, then T2=0
2. If L2 is less than 3, then T2=0
3. If F2 is greater than 0 and L2 is greater than 2, then T2=(F2+
