Just use speech marks? eg, in B1 try
=IF(A1,Passed,Failed)
then set A1 = 1 and B1 shows
Passed
set A1=0 and B1 shows
Failed

Lol, i assumed that after we got the bleeding obvious out the way we would
find something more complex than just a late-night coding issue. Still best to
